Naif conducts many activities for the benefit of the city’s residents, including the establishment of a forum for integrating Arab women into the workforce and makes great contributions to the education of children from underprivileged families, advocates for coexistence and works hard for life together in peace and harmony.

The engineering and execution department is managed by Eng. (Lt. Col.) Green Park - Kfar Bara - Construction of 50 residential units of reduced pricing. 22 residential units will be sold by the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and the remaining 28 units will be sold freely. The project is in the planning and plan submission stages.
7 Gordon St., Ramla - Construction of Doctors’ Clinics of approx. 4,200 sqm. The land is owned by the company. The project is in pre-permit stages.
HaChan, Ramla - Construction of 1,500 sqm. in the old city of Ramla. Planned for construction of offices\a hotel. The project is in pre-permit stages.
Psagot Ilan - Abu Gosh - Construction of 42 residential units. The project is in the planning and plan submission stages.
Deir Al-Asad - Construction of 36 boutique residential units. 18 units will be sold by the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and the rest will be sold freely. The project is pending planning permits.
Neve Tzedek – Construction of a boutique building with a com-plete view of the Mediterranean Sea. 7 residential units are planned above a commerce floor.
15 Yitzhak Sadeh, Ramla - A development project of a luxury residential building with 5 floors, a total of 8 housing units.
26 HaShomer, Ramla - A luxury residential building with 6 floors, a total of 11 housing units above a basement floor.
8 Ahad Ha’am, Ramla - A luxury residential building with 7 floors, a total of 14 housing units above a basement floor.

Urban Renewal Projects
A.S. Levi, Ramla - NOP 38/1 project, three 8 story buildings with an area of 6,300 sq.m. The buildings are being seismically retrofitted, safety rooms are being added and 56 new apartments were built.
57-59 HaNeviim, Mul HaYam, Bat Yam - A Tama 38/1 project where the company strengthened and renovated two 8-story buildings with an area of 2,400 sq.m. The buildings were seismically retrofitted, safety rooms were added, and 22 new apartments were built, in a particularly fast schedule of 16 months.
Masada, Ramla - A Pinui Binui project on Masada St., Ramla. Construction of 80 new apartments, in the planning stage.
