The Company’s Executive Team

Behind Green Park are three experienced entrepreneurs and visionaries who bring to the table a winning combination of extensive experience and a proven track record of successes in the field with in-depth understanding of the difficulties and challenges that real estate investors face.
Oren Gazit – has more 25 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate market: land acquisition, construction, promoting zoning plans and more. Oren has been responsible for numerous successful projects across Israel, many of them in the city of Petach Tikva, and he heads the company development, planning and project management, starting from finding the right lots and up to the permit stage. He is also responsible for constantly monitoring the construction plans and the actual field execution vis-à-vis the contractors and the engineering administration. In addition, he remains continuously in touch with the relevant entities in the various authorities in Israel and abroad.
Yossi Israeli – Has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising and sales and more than 12 years in the real estate industry. Yossi was one of the senior figures of Israel’s media and advertising industry and formerly served as VP, Marketing and Sales of various media platforms. He serves as the company’s Chief Marketing and Sales Officer and is also responsible for the business development.
Yaniv Ashkenazi – has more than 20 years of executive and technological experience, and more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. He serves as the company’s Chief Technology and Operations Officer.

Projects in Israel

Afula Center – Green Park is one of the few companies in Israel that promote a plan for the construction of an entirely new neighborhood, which would include about 8,000 apartments. The neighborhood that the company is promoting would be built near Nir HaEmek, an area which is located at the center of Afula. The project is at the planning stage.
Already in this early stage, the company signed a unique asset-swap (“combination”) agreement with the landowners and a cooperation with a large publicly-traded company.
1 Bareket, Be’er Ya’acov – a boutique project in the neighborhood of Tzamarot BaIr for a purchasing group. The project included 33 mini-penthouse apartments and was successfully populated in 2020. It is considered to be one of Be’er Ya’acov’s most beautiful projects.
9 Bialik, Ramat Gan – A boutique building with about 20 apartments and 2 stores in a central location of the city. The project is planned for a purchasing group and is currently awaiting a construction permit.
41 HaMa’agal, Ramat Gan – a Tama 38/2 (urban renewal) project where the company is evicting an old building with 22 apartments and rebuilding a modern 9-story building with 50 apartments.
Sha’ar HaGuy, Netanya – a project at Netanya’s city center, at the planning stage to be an office and commerce tower, the project is at the rezoning planning and approval stage.
Givat Ze’ev, Jerusalem – The company acquired land in this town and is promoting a rezoning plan for the construction of a residential project with about 100 apartments as well as a commerce center and offices. The plan covers an area of 25 dunams and is at the planning and sales stages.

Projects Overseas

Green Park is very active in Europe and has a broad professional organization, mainly in Romania and Hungary:
Bucharest, Romania – Building a project near the Bucharest Airport, which would include about 93 detached homes, 50 apartments and a commercial center. The project’s construction is already underway and the company is planning additional projects in this country. At stage B, the company would build about 70 villas in a lot near Project A.
Budapest, Hungary – the company is negotiating to promote various residential projects at the center of Budapest.
