Adv. Guy Sade – Founder and Owner
Adv. Guy Sade holds an LL.B., which he completed with honors, receiving distinction certificates from both the Rector and the Dean.
He began his professional career in the public sector within the Ministry of Justice and the Legal Aid Department in the Tel Aviv and Central Districts. In 2010, he was awarded a certificate of excellence in law by the (retired) President of the Supreme Court, Hon. Justice Dorit Beinisch.
In 2011, Adv. Sade was granted special authorization by the (retired) President of the Supreme Court, Hon. Justice Miriam Naor, to serve as defense counsel before military courts. Since then, he has achieved numerous legal successes and established precedents in personal status, wills and estates, as well as in military law.
Practice Areas
Military Law
The firm provides comprehensive legal services in military law, including representation before medical and psychological committees, including those determining medical and mental fitness profiles. It advises and represents clients in exemption proceedings from mandatory or reserve military service on personal, medical, psychological, incompatibility, or statutory grounds.
The firm also handles exemption applications under the Security Service Law on the basis of marriage, pregnancy, religion, nationality, or conscientious objection. In the criminal and disciplinary sphere, the firm represents deserters, absentees, and draft evaders (including failure to report for induction), as well as soldiers accused of offenses such as traffic violations, drug-related offenses, violence, and property crimes.
The firm works to secure reduced criminal records and favorable plea agreements, providing representation at all levels of military courts. It also assists in regulating military status for individuals residing in Israel and abroad, including cases involving “children of emissaries” and “children of immigrants,” and handles matters relating to the postponement or cancellation of reserve duty.
