In light of the change in the familial relationship, a lawsuit was filed for changing the custody arrangement and determining child support payments for the minor and her sister who is serving in the military and is also estranged from her father. In the family court sessions, the firm proved that the girls aren’t interested to remain in contact with the father due to his attitude and conduct over the years, despite his claims to the contrary. The court ruled that the father would pay child support for the minor and her adult sister. It has also been agreed that therapy for renewing the relationship would be conducted.

Managing a dispute resolution proceeding, reaching a divorce agreement and managing a receivership proceeding:
A complex divorce dispute with more than NIS 5 million worth of properties. The firm represented the wife, a nurse, who divorced a wealthy tech professional with shares and stock options. After filing a dispute resolution application, the parties negotiated and reached an agreement, and the firm’s lawyers were appointed a receiver for dividing the properties. The agreement also included child support due to the salary gap.
