I.Kochav is the leading luxury residences company in northern Israel in general and in the city of Nahariya in particular. this family-owned company was founded almost 40 years ago by Mr. Isaac Kochav. Nowadays the company is managed by Danni and Ronen Kochav, second-generation members of the family. The Kochav Family brought with it to the real estate field service-oriented business knowhow which was accumulated during its vast operations in the hotels and accommodation sector in the US and Israel, as well as extraordinary standards of aesthetics and professional customer service which serve as part of the values and managerial DNA of the company to this very day.
Since its establishment, I. Kochav has been focusing on luxury residences. The company collaborates with the best architects in Israel, strictly maintains the buildings’ aesthetics, beauty and perfection, sets extraordinary standards and complies with them meticulously, and provides customer service at the level which is expected from a leading luxury brand, treating the customers as if they were a part of the family and providing them with a warranty for many years after they moved into the buildings. In order to meet the high standards that it set to itself and provide luxury residences of the highest quality level, the company works with some of Israel’s leading architecture firms including Ilan Fibco, Feigin Architects and Moshe Tzur.
The company takes complete responsibility over the entire process - from buying the lots, through the architectural and statutory planning and the marketing, and up to turnkey construction (through subsidiaries that have vast experience and expertise in building buildings of all types and have contractor classifications of C5 unlimited) and also afterwards. The company has initiated and built project across northern Israel including in Haifa and its suburbs (the “Krayot” area) and Ramat Yishai, but currently it focuses on building in the city of Nahariya in light of its strong brand and reputation in this city. The company’s excellent reputation also enables it to create cooperations with leading construction companies, such as its joint venture with Africa Israel (AFI), which was established about two years ago in order to build two large-scale projects in the city. The company is building in the best and most desirable locations in Nahariya, mainly in the western part of the city near the sea, and currently it has projects amounting to almost 3,000 apartments in various planning and execution stages. In addition to developing and building luxury residences, the company also specializes in building office and hotel buildings and commercial centers.
Bringing A Luxury Standards into The Urban Renewal Segment
I. Kochav brings the high quality of construction, close support and customer service for which it is renowned, as well as its vast reliability, reputation and experience in the fields of construction and development, into the urban renewal segment.
The company’s urban renewal department implements Kochav’s high standards and builds at the most lavish specs while providing the customers with peace of mind and the quick and effective response to the needs of both existing and new residents. The company executed Israel’s first Pinui-Binui project on 17-19 Shai Agnon St. in Nahariya. The building has already been populated for several years. It accumulated vast experience also in urban renewal projects and currently it focuses on Pinui-Binui projects and manages more than 3,000 apartments in several major complexes at the very heart of Nahariya that integrate residences and commerce.

Icon project – 3-5 Balfour: Was planned by the architect Ilan Pivko - 40 apartments at the heart of Nahariya, with an unusual design – semi-rounded, and a broad façade that faces Nahariya’s spectacular beach.
48 Ga’aton: Right next to Nahariya’s beach promenade, planned by Fibco, 20 apartments.
Ga’aton Star: In the city center, an upscale office building with 13,000 sq.m. of built areas, in a building with engineering complexities that includes 9 above-ground stories and two basement stories.
Notable Projects in Execution and Pending Execution
83-85 Weitzmann: 60 Luxury apartments and 500 sq.m. of commerce areas.
80 Weitzmann: About 100 apartments, pending execution.
Herzl corner of Szold: 450 apartments, pending execution.
The Ariel Sharon Neighborhood: 300 apartments.
Weitzmann – Remez: In cooperations with AFI, a Pinui-Binui complex that would include the eviction of 96 existing apartments and construction of 588 new apartments. Planned by the architecture firm of Moshe Tzur.
In addition, hundreds of apartments that were built in the framework of Tama 38/2 – demolition and reconstruction.
12 HaMa’apilim: At the most prestigious street of Nahariya, a Boutique 10-apartments building on the sea waterfront.
63 Jabotinsky: An upscale project at the second line to the sea, 20 apartments.
2 Ahad Ha’am: 20 apartments at the city center.
