Idan Shitrit (38), the firm’s founder and owner, is a lawyer and notary, an LL.B. graduate, and a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2010. Along with his professional expertise, Adv. Shitrit brings to the table an authentic and long-lasting connection to the construction industry – that was born when he was a child alongside his father, a contractor.
At the age of 16 he suffered a severe car crash that led him to choose a profession in which he can make a difference and to combine his love for the real estate industry with work that makes a real contribution to society.
He gained his experience in a leading boutique real estate and litigation firm, and, upon the completion of his residency, he established his own firm – which has since accompanied hundreds of private clients, public entities, and developers in large scale transactions, NOP 38, Pinui-Binui, combination transactions, and commercial law cases. Adv. Shitrit also resides as a member of the Bar Association’s Urban Renewal Committee, Central District.
Milestones in the Firm’s Activities
Over the years, the firm has gained several outstanding real estate achievements, the first of which was the Basel Park project in Petah Tikva. This project was built by the Sufrin Group in collaboration with the Weiss Group. As part of this project, a 27-floors office, employment, and commercial tower was built, covering an area of 40,000 square meters on Petah Tikva’s Basel Street, next to the Ofer Mall. The cost of construction was about NIS 350 million.
An additional notable project that the firm accompanied was the NOP 38/2 project, which was carried out in two adjacent buildings on Montefiore Street in Petah Tikva. The uniqueness of the project stems from the need for partial preservation of the original building, and it is considered the first demolition and construction project conducted in downtown Petah Tikva.
Another notable project that the firm accompanies is the NOP 38/2 project being carried out at 74 Herzl St., Petah Tikva - the only building that sustained a missile hit during the operation “Guardian of the Walls” in 2021.
These days, the firm is overseeing the renewal of the Degel Reuven – Tzahal complex, a complex and large-scale project, in which about 500 residential units will be built, some of which are owned by the Petah Tikva Municipality.
