Adv.  and Notary Idan Shitrit, founder and owner of the firm, holds an LL.B. degree and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2010. Throughout more than 16 years of professional practice, he has accumulated substantial experience in complex real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on urban renewal projects, Pinui-Binui developments, Tama 38 projects, combination transactions (land-for-services development transactions), and large-scale real estate transactions.

Adv. Shitrit’s familiarity with the construction and real estate industries began at an early age through his family’s involvement in the construction sector. This background, together with his extensive legal experience, provides him with a broad perspective that integrates both the legal and commercial aspects of every project.

He began his professional career in litigation and real estate law and later established his independent practice, which has evolved into a firm with a significant presence in the urban renewal sector. As part of his professional activities, Adv. Shitrit represents hundreds of private clients, public entities, and developers in large-scale transactions, Tama 38 projects, Pinui-Binui developments, combination transactions, and commercial law matters.

Alongside his professional work, Adv. Shitrit serves as a member of the Urban Renewal Committee of the Central District of the Israel Bar Association and takes an active role in advancing the professional and legal discourse in the field. Key Milestones

Over the years, the firm has participated in a broad range of real estate and urban renewal projects, from commercial and business developments to complex Pinui-Binui and urban renewal initiatives.

Among the firm’s notable projects is Basel Park in Petah Tikva, an office, commercial, and business complex developed by the Sufrin Group in partnership with the Weiss Group. The project includes a 27-story tower spanning approximately 40,000 square meters and represents an investment of approximately NIS 350 million. The project has been completed and occupied.
The firm also advised on the demolition and reconstruction project on Montefiore Street in Petah Tikva, which is considered the first Tama 38/2 project undertaken in downtown Petah Tikva. The project involved two adjacent buildings and was characterized by planning complexity, including the need to preserve part of the existing structure while constructing a new building. The project has been completed and delivered to the apartment owners.

Additional significant projects include the urban renewal project at 74 Herzl Street in Petah Tikva, the only building in the city that was damaged by a missile strike during Operation Guardian of the Walls in 2021, as well as the IDF–Degel Reuven Complex in Petah Tikva, one of the city’s major urban renewal developments, under which approximately 550 residential units are expected to be constructed, including units owned by the Municipality of Petah Tikva.
