Indium Group is a solid and rapidly expanding real estate development company that was established in 2011. Indium promotes projects in the north of the country, mainly in Haifa, as well as in Nahariya, Atlit, and other cities, and targets prime locations with high-profit potential.
The company is headed by Economist (MBA) Eliyahu Shushan and Attorney Eyal Elkaslasi. By combining Eyal’s legal experience and expertise with Eli’s in-depth financial understanding, the company gains a greater understanding of the economics, planning, and engineering feasibility of various projects.

Various Projects in Different Execution Phases
The company initiated a construction project of detached homes in the farmers’ yards in Atlit in 2016, and this project was successfully completed in 2019. Since then and until today, the company focuses on urban renewal while developing NOP and Pinui Binui residential projects. The company initiated its first NOP project in 2019 on 13 Elhanan St. in Haifa, and it was successfully completed in 2022. A renewal project was undertaken by the company on 43 Horev St. in Haifa in 2021, and it was completed in January 2023. During the same year, the company began constructing a second project on 25 Gilboa St. in the city, which is expected to be completed soon. The company also started the execution phase of the project on 9 Pinsky St., with 3 additional projects starting construction in 2023 - 31 Yotam St., and 1 Yiftah St. The company has many projects that are currently in the permit application process located on Noga St., Downs St., Wedgwood St., Moriah St., Idar St., and Eitanim St. During 2024 the company won the tender to collaborate with the Blue Square Real Estate company for the construction of about 800 residential units in Haifa’s Kiryat Eliezer neighborhood. Additionally, the company signed a collaboration agreement with Rotshtein Real Estate to execute several projects.
