The Firm’s Executive Team

Adv. Ido Kosover – Founding Partner and Head of the Commercial Litigation Department
Adv. Kosover is the firm’s founder and one of Israel’s top commercial litigators. Over the years, he accumulated vast and deep experience in representing in various litigation cases, along with practical experience in specific topics such as capital markets, securities law, banking, fin-tech, companies’ control struggles and more. He interned in the Tel Aviv Economic Court in the chamber of the Hon. Judge Khaled Kabuv, and afterwards managed an independent firm which specializes in class and derivative actions in corporate and securities law. In addition to his ongoing practice, Adv. Kosover serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Banking and Finance Committee and Capital Markets, Securities and Businesses Committee. By education, he has an LL.B. from the Hebrew University. In the Swords of Iron War, he served as a combatant and commander in Brigade 55, Division 98. 

Adv. Daniel Idan – Head of Administrative and Public Tender Law
Adv. Daniel Idan heads the firm’s administrative law and public tenders practice and prior to joining the firm in 2023 he worked for years in prominent administrative and civil litigation firms. During this period, he actively participated in numerous significant and complex cases including large-scale corporate disputes, class actions and diverse administrative petitions. In the framework of his position in the firm, Adv. Idan accompanies the firm’s clients in proceedings for drafting and submitting tender bids, represents in administrative petitions and more. By education, he has an LL.B. and a B.A., Humanistic Studies from Bar Ilan University.
