What are the firm’s key strengths in your view?
Our most significant strength lies in the exclusive handling of each case and my personal involvement in every matter. Clients are never treated as just another file within a large system; rather, they receive my full attention, experience, and strategic guidance on a direct and personal basis. This close involvement allows me to understand every detail of the case, creating a significant advantage both in the courtroom and throughout the legal process.
What key steps have been taken recently that will strengthen the firm in the coming years?
I have chosen to invest in a highly skilled and experienced legal team, enabling the firm to handle large-scale, complex cases with the efficiency of a large firm while maintaining the agility and responsiveness of a boutique practice.
What are the firm’s main challenges in the coming years?
The primary challenge is preserving the firm’s unique boutique model while continuing to grow, while maintaining our “legal task force” approach—selecting and managing strategic and sensitive cases while continuously refining our legal tools to meet future challenges.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of their career?
Adopt a human and values-driven approach. The legal profession - and litigation in particular -is fundamentally about people. Treat colleagues, employees, and clients with respect. A successful manager understands that a deep understanding of client needs, professional integrity, and collegiality are the keys to long-term success.
What is important to remember in challenging times?
In moments of crisis, clients need an anchor of stability and confidence. We look beyond the legal file to the individual or business behind it, acting with transparency and determination to turn uncertainty into success. Clients seek not only legal expertise, but a trusted partner they can rely on during their most complex moments.
