Logit by Carvil is a private real estate developer specializing in the development and construction of storage, industrial and logistics facilities across Israel –with total developments valued at approximately NIS 1.5 billion. The company was founded by Dr. Eric Lederman, and since 2022, a substantial stake (40%) has been held by “Harbor Group International”. The company’s team of employees and executives has expertise in development, financial management, architecture, marketing and engineering. Every stage of the project is executed in-house, ensuring maximal peace of mind for both the company and its clients. Logit began operations in 2005 but has been operating in the current format since 2016. The company has managed 11industrial and logistics, some completed and delivered, some under construction and other in planning proceedings, from Akko in the north to the “Idan HaNegev” project in the south. The company has a strong track record of identifying strategic locations and opportunities and all of its projects benefit from meticulous planning and professional and skilled management. Its customer base includes industrial companies, importing companies, food manufacturers, pharmaceuticals and more.

In fact, as a developer that plans and builds logistics centers, and industrial and storage facilities, Logit has proven capabilities of matching the unit structure’s height and floor load to enable truck access through operational ramps and service yard. Prominent Projects
Akko – a 4-story building above an underground parking level, mixed-use with 2 retail floors, an industrial floor and a storage floor. Located in the new neighborhood of Ramot Yam which is being built in the city’s eastern area, on the junction of Road 4 and Road 85, near the planned railway station “Akko East”. The lot covers an area of 9.4 dunams with 20,000 square meters of built areas.
Nesher – a mixed-use project integrating logistics, retail, industry and storage. The project is located on Bar Yehuda Road in Nesher, near Haifa Bay and the Check Post Junction, with immediate access to Road 6 (Sha’ar Ha’Amakim Junc.). The plot covers 28.6 dunams and the built area is 45,000 square meters.
Ramla – A 4-story building with industrial and storage halls. Located in the Industrial Zone A of Ramla near the Ramlod Junc., only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The plot covers 6.7 dunams and the built area is 15,000 square meters.
Yoav Industrial Park – a 3-story building that would include industrial halls, workshops and logistics. Located in the Yoav Industrial Park near Re’em Junc., a 20-minute drive from the Ashdod Port and near Road 6. The plot covers 9.2 dunams with a built area of 13,000 square meters.
Idan HaNegev – A 2-story complex with storage and industry halls in the Idan HaNegev Industrial Park between Kiryat Gat and Beersheva, near Road 6’s Lehavim Interchange. The plot covers 5 dunams and the built area is 5,000 square meters.
Holon – an office building with a 2 retail floors and 6 office floors, and a 3-story underground parking area, in the Holon East Industrial Zone, with maximal access to major roads (4, 1, and 431) and near the planned light rail station. Built area of 12,500 square meters.
