Logit began operations in 2005 but has been operating in the current format since 2016. Prominent Projects

Akko – a 4-story building above an underground parking level, comprising a mixed-use development with two retail floors, one industrial floor, and one storage floor. The project is located in the new Ramot Yam neighborhood in eastern Akko and enjoys convenient access to Highways 85, 4, and 6, near the planned Akko East railway station. The site spans 9.4 dunams, with a total built-up area of approximately 26,000 sq.m.

Nesher – a mixed-use project combining logistics, retail, offices, industry, and storage. The project is located on Bar Yehuda Road in Nesher, near Haifa Bay and Check Post Junction, with immediate access to Highway 6 (Sha’ar HaAmakim Interchange). The site spans approximately 28.6 dunams, with a total built-up area of approximately 55,000 sq.m.

Ramla – A 4-story building comprising industrial and storage facilities. The project is located in Industrial Zone A in Ramla, adjacent to the Ramlod Junction and just a 10-minute drive from Ben Gurion Airport.
