What recent key move did you lead?
After years of being a partner in a leading firm, I chose to establish, together with Adv. Ori Warschawski, our own boutique firm which specializes in real estate and urban renewal – a strategic move, which enables us to provide tailored, focused, and more professional services, based on years of practical experience and managing complex processes with developers and the authorities.
What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
We focus on personally supporting homeowners and leading legal and business moves in such a way that balances creativity and commercial understanding. The experience we have gained, together with our broad perspective, and our ability to move processes forward in the field, make us a significant factor in leading complex projects.
Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
We took the time to build a quality team, expand our activity, and took the marketing steps that solidified our professional presence. Additionally, taking on new strategic clients is the basis for our future expansion and growth.
What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
Our main challenge is to keep providing personal attention and service during our growth, along with handling a dynamic regulatory environment and a financial crisis that compromises clients’ decision-making processes. This requires flexibility, precise planning, and creating an actual value in our work.
What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
Be attentive – to your clients, to your team, and to the world around you. Learn, ask, and keep your feet on the ground, even when work gets hectic. Building trust is a process – in order to succeed, one must stay consistent, professional, and humane.
What should one remember during hardships?
Perseverance, thoroughness, and commitment make all the difference. while handling challenging times, if you maintain your humanity and professional demeanor you will not only overcome it – but will come out stronger on the other side.
