The Israeli market is undergoing challenging times, one of our challenges during such times is to keep our growth momentum, while constantly adapting to the changing reality and our clients’ needs.

The best suggestion is to be attentive – listen to your team, clients, and the market. During especially challenging times, a good manager is one that understands the changing needs and one that can provide precise, empathetic, and effective solutions.
