iStern

Established in 1999, the company employs hundreds of professionals, who are engaged in the management of planning, execution, and supervision of projects in Israel and abroad. Since its establishment and to this day, the company has led and took part in the success of hundreds of large and complex projects, which led it to constant growth.
iStern operates under two divisions:
The Infrastructures Division
Management, planning, and supervision of the establishment of bridges, interchanges, and roads, as well as the development of residential neighborhoods, industrial areas, railways, and train stations. The company executes manages and supervises the road maintenance activities for the northern region roads, as well as for Haifa Metropolitan Area’s “Metronit”.
The Construction Division
Residential construction – managing, planning, and constructing thousands of successfully completed residential units.
Commercial, industrial, offices, and public facilities construction - management, planning, and establishment of commercial facilities, including betterment and expansion projects for existing commercial structures, office buildings, industrial factories, and showrooms as well as inner adjustment works.
Prominent projects: the company has successfully completed many projects amounting to NIS millions. With its large recent projects are: Light Rail, Nofit – managing the entire section, a project worth about NIS half a billion that is currently in the midst of construction; Plan and Build Neighborhood, Beit Shemesh – about 1,200 residential units, under construction; Rekhasim – infrastructure works for two neighborhoods, about 5,000 residential units and public facilities, total cost of about NIS 1 million.

PGL
