Adv. Noam Machlev holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Business Administration. In 2009, he joined the law firm of Shnitzer, Gotlieb, Samet & Co., where he served for many years as a senior litigator and was later appointed a partner in the firm. In 2018, together with Adv. Kobi Bar-On, he founded the firm Machlev Bar-On, Law Office. Adv. Machlev specializes in managing litigation and arbitration cases in a variety of fields and appears before all the courts. Over the past few years, Adv. Adv. Kobi Bar-On holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in law (LL.B, LL.M.). He began his professional career as an intern and as a lawyer in the law firm of Shnitzer, Gotlieb, Samet & Co., where he delt in complex commercial litigation. In 2018, together with Adv. Noam Machlev, he founded the firm Machlev Bar-On, Law Office. Adv. Bar-On appears frequently before all judicial instances and specializes in managing complex litigation and arbitration cases in a wide range of fields, including class actions, infrastructure disputes, real estate, contracting, corporations, administrative law and tenders law. Adv. Bar-On also represents clients in complex administrative proceedings vis-à-vis regulators and government authorities, including in the framework of objections and appeals regarding financial sanctions and administrative fines. In addition, Adv. Bar-On provides ongoing and comprehensive legal support to commercial companies and leading retail entities in the economy.
