What do you consider to be the company's major strengths?
Deep, proven expertise in perimeter security for critical infrastructure, a small and agile team, and the ability to combine multiple technologies (smart physical barriers, IR sensors, fiber optics, radar, video analytics, gates and barriers, intercom) into integrated, reliable solutions.

What key moves were made recently that will strengthen the company in the coming years?
Shifting toward recurring Security-as-a-Service revenue models, adopting AI/video analytics at the sensor level to cut false alarms, and building dual-sourcing for critical components to reduce supply-chain risk.

What are the company's main challenges in the coming years?
Compliance timelines under NIS2 and the CER Directive, a shortage of skilled PIDS technicians and integrators, persistent supply-chain price pressure on electronics and cabling, and treating physical and cyber security as one integrated risk rather than two separate budgets.

What are your recommendations for a newly appointed manager?
Prioritize doing things right over doing them fast - reputation is built over 20 years and destroyed in a week. Build a culture where the team can say “this isn’t working” without fear of retaliation; that culture outlasts any single strategy.
