Mandelman Law Firm is a veteran boutique firm established in 1996 by Attorneys Shachar Mandelman and shlomzionGabai-Mandelman. Attorney Gabai-Mandelman focuses on representing suspects and defendants in sexual offense cases, as well as proceedings under the Law for the Protection of the Public from the Commission of Sexual Offenses. Attorney Shachar Mandelman represents clients across the full spectrum of criminal offenses, including negligent manslaughter resulting from fatal workplace accidents. Adv. Shachar Mandelman: A highly experienced criminal defense attorney practicing since 1996. He began his career in the office of Adv. Menachem Rubinstein, one of Israel’s leading criminal lawyers, where he completed his internship and worked as an attorney until 1999. Since then, he has led the firm, specializing in all aspects of criminal law. Adv. Mandelman brings extensive experience from the military legal system as a legal officer and reserve military defense counsel. Between 2009–2013, he served as Presiding Judge of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association (Tel Aviv and Central District). He has also trained the next generation of lawyers as a lecturer at the Bar Association’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education and is a certified mediator.

Adv. Shlomzion Gabai-Mandelman: A veteran criminal defense attorney practicing since 1996, with a primary focus on representing suspects and defendants in sexual offense cases. She began her career as an intern at the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court under the late President Judge Hadassi-Herman. Since admission to the Bar, she has managed the firm together with her husband, Adv. Shachar Mandelman, and is a certified notary. She has extensive experience supervising defense attorneys on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.
Her academic background includes a Master’s degree (with honors) in criminal law, specializing in forensic criminal law, as well as training in a treatment program for sex offenders at Bar-Ilan University. Adv. Gabai-Mandelman is well-known in both legal and academic communities, lecturing in continuing legal education programs for attorneys and judges, guest lecturing at the law faculties of Tel Aviv University and Bar-Ilan University, and teaching within the Israel Bar Association. In 2020, she served as a teaching assistant in a graduate-level course on witness examination at Tel Aviv University and lectured in a program training therapists for sex offenders at Bar-Ilan University.
