Under Matan Mark’s ownership and management, the company has concentrated in recent years on luxury residences and hospitality, with a focus on urban renewal projects, including NOP 38/1 (reinforcement and renovation), NOP 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction), and evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui).

For certain projects, the company works with “Shimon Mark Construction and Renovations”, which employs an additional 25 experienced workers.

Each project is professionally and skillfully managed throughout all planning and execution stages: from initial feasibility studies, building rights analysis, and architectural planning to maximize plot potential, to handling legal and bureaucratic matters, obtaining approvals and permits, financing, marketing, and apartment sales.
Selected Projects
Poema, Rehavia Neighborhood, Jerusalem: A boutique NOP 38/2 luxury project designed to a high construction standard, featuring breathtaking architectural design and premium specifications. The project includes a luxurious lobby, spacious elevator (Shabbat elevator), storage rooms, covered parking for each apartment, and lush landscaping. Located at 19 Even Ezra Street in the aristocratic Rehavia neighborhood, it blends old and new, creating a true work of art. Within a 12-minute walk of Mamilla Boulevard and Machane Yehuda Market, the project offers 16 apartments (3-4 rooms) and expansive penthouses. Currently under construction.
Beit Verber, Petah Tikva: An evacuation-reconstruction project located in the heart of Petah Tikva, minutes from the Red Line of the light rail, Yad Labanim Park, a petting zoo, Schneider Children’s Hospital, and the ecological garden. Despite its central location, the project sits in a quiet, pastoral setting. The ground floor will feature green spaces, creating a belt of vegetation and a green boulevard. The project includes 90 new residential units and features inspired architectural planning, ensuring it stands out in the area. Currently in planning.
Pa’amonim Hotel, Jerusalem: A NOP 38/1 project that revitalized and upgraded the boutique Pa’amonim Hotel, in the heart of Jerusalem. The hotel is near popular shopping and entertainment venues and offers breathtaking views of the city. It features 35 modern, stylish rooms, providing an unforgettable luxury experience. The hotel caters to business travelers, families, and couples, offering a beautiful design and amenities and an exceptionally rich culinary experience. Completed successfully 10 years ago.
