What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
The company wants to maintain its significance for its customers and keep developing the areas in which it operates as well as entering new areas in order to strengthen its position.
What will you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
As a manager you must have a deep understanding of your staff’s roles and responsibilities.
You must know how to lead strategic moves and promote such people that will allow you to strategize for the long run.
You need to know how to maintain a close connection with employees of all ranks and positions, speak with everyone and hear their opinion about how the company should progress.
A good manager is one that understands the importance of empowering his team, lead by example, and one that employees will follow while executing his vision with him.
What should one remember during hardships?
Everything is temporary and with the right conduct, you can come back stronger.
This struggle is not yours alone – it’s also your competitors’ struggle.
Hard times create an opportunity for thinking and acting.
