The Firm’s Guiding Principles
Michal Lipschitz believes that mediation is a worldview and a way of life. A mission in a world that is full of disputes and conflicts. Michal believes that the best solution is the one which the parties accept and agree to.
In the framework of her mediation management Michal Lipschitz integrates 3 schools of mediations – transformative mediation, narrative mediation and settlement-oriented mediation. This combination, together with her longstanding accumulated experience, enables Michal to assuredly pave the way from a dispute to a settlement and the signing of a mediation agreement. The personal approach that Michal developed customizes the management of each and every case. Each case received tailormade attention in accordance with its circumstances, complexities and the variety of legal issue that arise from it, with solutions and reference to the needs and goals of each of the parties, until the dispute is resolved in a pleasant, relaxed and focused atmosphere.
From the transformative mediation approach, Michal applies her vast experience in order to create a real dialogue between the parties, change their perceptions of each other, and normalize the relationship up to a level that enables them to reach a mediation settlement. Michal weaves narrative mediation elements into the process in order to create a more accurate narrative for each of the parties. This narrative sets the foundation for a new shared reality concept in order to build sustainable mediation. In addition, Michal utilizes her legal education and longstanding experience in order to conduct a legal evaluation of the case.
