About Moran Samun - Law & Mediators Firm
Think Different. Act Different. Different Result.
Moran Samun - Law & Mediation Firm specializes in family law, inheritance, and the strategic management of family risks and crises. What sets us apart is an integrative and emotionally intelligent approach that blends legal precision with deep insight into the human experience- especially in delicate matters like divorce, custody, and complex inheritance disputes.
Adv. and Mediator Moran Samun holds a unique specialization in representing and guiding individuals and families affected by ADHD through legal and emotional family challenges- especially divorce. The combination of legal expertise, personal experience, and ADHD-specific training allows the firm to deliver sensitive, effective solutions tailored to the needs of neurodiverse clients.
We believe that every crisis - when managed both legally and emotionally - can be a turning point for personal and family growth. That’s why we offer a comprehensive, strategic response designed to provide clarity, calm, and long-term stability.
A Holistic Approach to Every Family Crisis
We handle a wide range of sensitive matters, including:
• Mediation and arbitration of family disputes (divorce, inheritance, and more), even high-conflict cases
• Complex divorce proceedings
• Guardianships and lasting power of attorney
• Marital and family agreements, trusts, intergenerational transfers
• Wills, inheritance, and estate planning
Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced lawyers and mediators, supported by a network of psychologists, financial advisors, accountants, parenting experts, and therapeutic professionals - ensuring full-spectrum support throughout the entire journey.
Family Mediation Department
Our mediation process is customized to fit the family - not the other way around. Sessions are flexible in format and duration, use clear and accessible language, and incorporate practical tools for implementation. After the agreement is signed, we provide three months of follow-up support to ensure effective execution.
The A.C.S. Mediation Method – In the Language of ADHD
When you understand attention, it’s not a compromise - it’s a breakthrough. Studies show that in about 70% of divorce cases, at least one partner has ADHD. Parents of children with ADHD are three times more likely to divorce. Drawing from personal experience and years of supporting neurodiverse families, Moran Samun created the C.S.C Mediation Method- centered on three essential needs: connection, Security, Calm.
Though tailored to ADHD, in today’s overstimulated world, most people experience distraction and emotional overload. A small conflict can easily escalate. That’s why this method benefits any family in crisis by offering a mediation style that is:
1. Flexible in Structure - short, focused sessions, available online as needed
2. Clear in Language - no legal jargon, just practical tools and human connection
3. Emotionally Grounded - with tools to regulate emotion and prevent breakdowns
4. Experiential - using demonstrations, writing, and roleplay for deep engagement
5. Supported Beyond the Room - post-agreement follow-up to preserve success
The F.O.C.U.S. Mediation Model
Developed by Adv. Samun, this five-step process turns chaos into clarity in C.S.C Mediation Method:
F - Find the Pattern - Identify breakdown cycles
O - Open the Channel - Create safe, empathetic dialogue
C - Clarify the Conflict - Reveal needs, fears, and emotional roots
U - Understand Triggers - Recognize sensitivities and build self-regulation
S - Solution Mapping - Craft workable, tailored solutions
Strategic Litigation – Smart. Sensitive. Effective.
Our litigation department handles complex family law cases in both family and rabbinical courts, with special expertise in emotionally charged conflicts, including:
• Parental alienation and disrupted relationships
• Custody and visitation disputes, domestic and international
• Inheritance litigation
• Marital and business property claims
We operate with determination and strategy - but never at the expense of empathy. A good outcome is not only legal - it’s emotional and practical.
D-MVP - A Different Divorce Management Process
Divorce is not just a legal process - it’s an emotional transition. That’s why Adv. Samun developed the D-MVP model for effective, human-centered divorce management. It’s based on three principles:
1. Divorce crises must be actively managed -not just resolved
2. Each person accepts change at their own pace
3. Without emotional insight, even the best agreements fail
This five-stage approach includes strategy building, emotional regulation tools, and parenting guidance. Many of its principles are now reflected in Israeli court proceedings involving children.
Managing Family Risks
We also create legal constructs for core and extended families in order to create certainty and protect family values, accumulated wealth and human capital. This includes, among other areas:
• Planning complex inter-generational transfers and inheritances
• Establishing legal trusts
• Lasting power of attorney, guardianships, intra-family agreements
• Legal protection for family businesses in crisis
When caught in a storm, people may make decisions they later regret. We help clients prevent future crises, anticipate turning points, and craft creative solutions - especially in family-run enterprises. Together with financial experts, we deliver precise and durable protection.
