The firm was established in 2007 by Adv. Mordechai Levin, who has over 20 years of labor law experience. Within its offered services, the firm assists its clients in all areas of collective and personal labor laws, while managing cases in all labor court instances, administrative petitions in administrative courts, mediation proceedings, private committees, and arbitrations. The firm holds a proven and successful record of managing complex dispute resolutions, support during recovery plans, downsizing and reformations, and support during negotiations for signing collective agreements.

In the personal field, the firm provides its clients with comprehensive legal services in all areas of labor law, including providing ongoing support and consultation, preparing legal opinions, managing claims, representing in all instances of labor courts and in mediation proceedings, drafting personal employment contracts, supporting the hiring of new employees and employee terminations, and representation during hearing procedures. The firm also handles pension and disciplinary law in the civil service and local authorities.

Adv. Mordechai Levin – Founder and Owner

Adv. Levin was certified as a lawyer in 2002, and he is an LL.B. graduate from Bar Ilan University. At the beginning of his career, Adv. Levin interned in the firm of Haim Berenson & Co., was a lawyer at Naomi Landau & Co., and later served as the Local Authorities Divisions Director for Histadrut HaMaof. In 2007 he established his own firm, Mordechai Levin – Law Office.
Adv. Levin specializes in personal and collective labor laws, he holds vast experience in the representation and support of workers’ committees, employers, and employees as well as vast litigation experience. Adv. Levin accompanies each case personally, while providing highly available, professional, and knowledgeable services, enabling his clients to benefit from decades of accumulated experience in which he practiced all areas of labor law.
Adv. Levin lectures in training courses for workers’ committees and acts as a guest lecturer in the field of labor law in various courses at Bar Ilan University. In addition, Adv. Levin is a member of the Bar Association Central District’s Labor Law Committee.

The firm supports and represents workers’ organization and the Histadrut, including support during labor disputes and collective disputes, strikes and shutdowns, support and management of negotiations in recovery and downsizing processes, as well as in drafting and formulating of collective agreements.

The firm handles and provides comprehensive services in all matters relating to employee rights, from pre-agreement signing consultation, representation during hearing procedures, to termination rights. The firm is engaged and represents its clients in labor courts regarding salary claims, social rights claims, injunctions to prevent dismissals, and more. In the field of sexual harassment, the firm advises employers on their obligations regarding sexual harassment prevention in the workplace and represents employees in lawsuits under the Sexual Harassment Prevention Law. In the field of pensions, the firm drafts retirement agreements, counsels employees prior to their retirement into a budgetary or cumulative pension. In the field of disciplinary law, the firm is responsible for representation during suspension proceedings, represents employees from the public sector (local authorities and civil service) in disciplinary proceedings, including representation in Disciplinary Court.
