Naama Ariel & Co. is a boutique law firm with extensive experience, founded over 39 years ago by Adv. Naama Ariel.
Over the years, the firm has provided legal advice and representation in real estate matters, including land law, planning and zoning, and representation of clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to real estate, as well as in related legal aspects.
In the past 15 years, since the emergence of the urban renewal field in Israel, the firm has specialized in advising and accompanying urban renewal projects. From the outset, Adv. Over 200 Urban Renewal Projects

The firm currently represents thousands of apartment owners across more than 200 projects at various stages—from pre-contract negotiations through completion of construction and beyond, including the warranty period and final registration in the Land Registry.
The firm is experienced in all types of urban renewal projects, including Tama 38/1 (strengthening and expansion), Tama 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction), evacuation and reconstruction (pinui-binui), and combination transactions.
For each project, the firm assembles a full professional advisory team for the property owners. Clients receive professional and personal guidance from the initial stage through the delivery of the new apartments, and even beyond, during the warranty period and until final registration is completed.

Adv. Naama Ariel – Managing Partner
Adv. Naama Ariel, married with four children and a grandmother of six, holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1987.
She has over 39 years of experience in real estate law and is a member of the Urban Renewal Committee of the Israel Bar Association. She is actively involved in promoting legislative changes and advancing protective mechanisms for elderly populations and individuals with special needs.
Adv. Ariel is frequently interviewed in television, radio, and the financial press on legal issues related to urban renewal, property owners’ rights, senior citizens’ rights, and negotiations with developers.
She also delivers professional lectures on behalf of the Israel Bar Association for attorneys, appraisers, property owners, and developers, addressing the legal, planning, and practical aspects of urban renewal.
Adv. Ariel is widely regarded as one of Israel’s leading and most experienced attorneys in this field, due to her decades of experience, public activity, and leadership of hundreds of projects nationwide.
Adv. Elad Ariel – Senior Partner
Adv. Elad Ariel has been practicing in the real estate and urban renewal sectors for approximately a decade.
He provides ongoing legal accompaniment in real estate transactions and urban renewal projects across all aspects, offering continuous guidance to tenants and purchasers while developing a comprehensive strategic perspective throughout the process.
He holds an LL.B. with a specialization in Business Administration from Reichman University, as well as an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.
Adv. Adar Oshri Filos – Senior Attorney
Adv. Adar Oshri Filos began her career at the firm as an intern approximately fifteen years ago and now serves as a senior attorney.
Alongside her work in real estate transactions, she specializes in urban renewal and accompanies complex projects from their initial stages through completion, providing comprehensive legal support and a holistic understanding of both client and project needs.
Matan Ariel – Legal Intern
Matan Ariel previously served for many years as a senior educator, viewing education and the cultivation of values as a personal mission.
Approximately three years ago, he made a professional transition into law in order to expand his impact and professional tools. He has since completed a master’s degree in law and currently serves as an intern at the firm.
Hadar Ben Giat – Office Manager
Hadar Ben Giat holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology and has a background in education.
She currently serves as the firm’s Office Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating processes with various professional parties, and providing comprehensive client support while maintaining high standards of professionalism, thoroughness, and personal service.
