Neot Tel Ram Group - Mishar Projects Ltd. is a leading real estate group which has been active for more than 20 years in developing and building residential, commercial and industrial real estate, storage facilities, public buildings and more.

The group is owned by the real estate entrepreneur Merchav Zuarets and it currently including several subsidiary companies. Neot Tel Ram was established in 2000, by Merchav Zuarets and Ram Halevy, and initially operated mainly in the construction of bridges, tunnels and complex engineering works.

Over the years, the company made its way into the top leading companies in this field and in 2011, when it has an execution track record of hundreds of engineering projects, it partially merged with the engineering arm of Elyakim Ben Ari Ltd.

Following the merger, Neot Tel Ram became “Ben Ari Tel Ram” – an engineering company with professional and superb engineering teams and management, with dozens of engineers, practical engineers, work managers, safety supervisors, logistics professionals and some of the best work teams in the industry.

The Consolidated Group Executed Dozens of Complex Engineering Projects
The merger between the companies was very successful and for more than a decade the “Ben Ari Tel Ram” group executed dozens of complex engineering projects, most of them in the field of bridges, including the natural gas farm for the American company Nobel Energy, and it has a classification of unlimited in this field.

The success and strength of the merger were not overlooked by the business sector, and in 2021, Ben Ari Tel Ram was partially acquired by the Fimi Fund.
Over the years, the group’s owner several subsidiaries for the initiation and execution of offices, commerce, industry, storage and residential projects throughout Israel, and the group currently focuses on development and execution in these fields.

Neve Tzedek, Migdal 1, Tel Aviv: An upscale boutique building and architectural conservation project with commerce spaces. Located in Neve Tzedek and has a sea view.
Rehovot: A residential project in northern Rehovot, within walking distance from Weizmann Institute, the Agriculture Faculty, and the railway station.
21 HaTaasiya St., Raanana: A project where the company acquired, developed, and redeveloped a commerce and offices building with an area of about 4,500 sq.m. in a prime location facing the Renanim Mall.
Amirim Park, Northern Industrial Zone, Lod: An offices and Hi-Tech complex in Lod’s northern industrial zone, with 4 buildings with a built area of about 30,000 sq.m. The company executed a complete redevelopment for the complex including acquisition, statutory proceedings, branding, renovation, full population, and ongoing management.
An Entertainment and Leisure Center, Maar Modiin: A boutique entertainment and leisure complex in Modiin’s new promenade, with a restaurant and an arena theater.

23 Kinneret St., Neve Tzedek: A boutique hotel at the heart of Neve Tzedek, with luxury suites, impressive, shared spaces, a rooftop and a view of Tel Aviv and the roofs of romantic Neve Tzedek. The company completely renewed the building while conserving the character of the area.
