The court ruled in favor of the brother, who also won the appeal in the great rabbinical court. After a few years, the sister served a claim to the district rabbinical court in Tel-Aviv which is in effect “an appeal” against the verdict of the rabbinical court itself, where she wishes to change the decision and get the real estate in full. The parties negotiated and submitted summaries and now waiting for a verdict, as value of the estate is estimated in about 10 million shekels.

A Probate Objection Case - A case that includes allegations of forgery of the will, ineligibility of the ordered, and ineligibility of witnesses, as the opponents themselves, in those relevant years, received tremendous sums of money from the deceased. The scope of the estate is about 10 million shekels.

The Couple is Divorcing, the Common House is on Land Belonging to the Wife’s Parents - A case that includes a divorce claim and a Jewish marriage contract, child support claim and a property of a few millions. The Nephew Versus the Uncle - A case handled between a nephew and his uncle regarding the estate of a solitary relative.
