ORC Land was founded in 2007 by its founder and controlling shareholder, entrepreneur Raz Oded. Since its establishment, the company has become one of the prominent players in Israel’s real estate sector, specializing in development, acquisition, betterment, and management of yielding properties, alongside the development of residential, commercial, and hotel complexes. In 2022, the investment arm of Bank Hapoalim joined the group as a 20% partner.

The company owns and manages four hotels in Greece, located in Athens and Corfu, each in prime locations, designed to high standards of aesthetics and guest experience. These include the Ray Hotel Corfu, an upscale resort offering panoramic sea views.

Prominent Projects

Assembly HaYarkon, Tel Aviv – A luxurious mixed-use beachfront complex comprising a 230-suites hotel and 67 exclusive, designed residences with open sea views. This project embodies ORC Land’s lifestyle philosophy - merging international luxury hospitality with refined, elegant living for residents.
Assembly Herzliya – A new development in Herzliya Pituach, integrating a hotel with about 140 suites, boutique residences, offices, and retail areas in one cohesive complex, steps from the business district and the city’s beaches.
U-Bank Tower, Rothschild Blvd., Tel Aviv – A boutique luxury project including a 100-rooms hotel, a ninth-floor restaurant, and a rooftop pool overlooking the iconic boulevard. The project preserves the building’s historic character, while integrating contemporary urban hotels and retail.

Residential Division (Via ICR)

ORC Land holds joint control of ICR, one of Israel’s leading residential development companies.
Currently, ICR is promoting 52 residential projects at various stages, comprising approximately 16,000 residential units.

ICR is responsible for significant projects across the country, including:

Park Tzafon, Ramat HaSharon and the boarded of Tel Aviv – An exclusive residential project featuring 34 buildings in a carefully created architectural mix of high and low-rise construction, resulting in a vibrant yet pleasant urban fabric. The complex includes about 1,205 high-standard units, designed with an emphasis on environmental planning and quality of life.
Pastoral, Ein Kerem – Four 23-story towers connected by a 7-story boutique building.
AIR, Givatayim – A residential complex with a commercial boulevard in the heart of Givatayim, including three 24-story towers with 333 units, among them penthouses and mini-penthouses.
