About Ogayo Group

Ogayo is a holdings group that specializes in international real estate development and the commercialization of premium brand toys through PMI and Dekalo companies.

The group was founded 30 years ago by its Chairman and Founder Boaz Dekel.
Boaz, a businessman and philanthropist, served in the intelligence unit 8200 and was one of “Hadashot” (News) newspaper’s founders in the 80’s. In the late 80’s he established “Bar Marketing and Distribution”, one of the largest companies in Israel in this field. In 1995 he founded PMI, which handles the commercialization of premium brand toys. In 2009 he sold his share of Bar Marketing and Distribution and acquired PMI (through Ogayo Holdings Ltd.), so he is currently in possession of 100% of its shares. Later he established Dekalo Group which is engaged in residential real estate and hotels around the world.
The company’s name, OGAYO, is an acronym formed from the first letters of the names of Boaz and his wife Dr. Hadas’ three children – Omer, Guy, and Yuval.

PMI

PMI holds exclusive global commercialization rights for top brands including Fortnite, Among Us, Pugler, Super Goal, Angry Birds, Hello Kitty, Paw Patrol, Baby Shark, Disney films, and more.
The company’s toys are manufactured in five factories in China and made from plastic, metal, fabric, and wood.
The toys come in a variety of packaging and sizes, ranging from 2 cm figurines to toys one meter in height. Products are sold in about 2.5 million retail outlets across more than 130 countries worldwide. The company specializes in designing and producing items inspired by each franchise, with clients including major international retail chains such as Walmart, Walgreens, El Corte Inglés, Target, Five Below, Toys “R” Us, Amazon, and others.
The company’s CEO is Omer Dekel.

Dekalo Group

Ogayo’s second line of business focuses on the development, construction, and marketing of residential and tourism-oriented real estate projects, through its subsidiary, Dekalo Group.
The group holds a diverse portfolio of properties worldwide, including in Lisbon, Athens, Thessaloniki, Paris, and Berlin, as well as assets in the United States.
Over the years, the company has developed and managed several tourism projects, including three luxury hotels on the Halkidiki, Greece. Currently, the company is developing a project comprising 25 luxury villas and a five-star hotel on the Halkidiki, as well as constructing and marketing a high-end ocean-view apartments complex in Lisbon, Portugal, etc. Dekalo Group operates through a number of project-specific subsidiaries, located around the world. The company’s CEO is Guy Dekel, a graduate of the elite IDF unit Sayeret Matkal (General Staff Reconnaissance Unit).

Community Outreach

The group contributes to the community with an emphasis on children-related outreach activities, its primary target audience.
Among others, the group donates to Variety through “Golden Cards” of the company’s collectibles, to several associations which operate for deprived populations and teens, as well as foundations operating for the welfare of hospitalized children and provide a warm home for children at-risk. Significant donations are also made to shelters for battered women.

Bestowing Educational Values Through Donations

In addition to the group’s donations, Boaz Dekel, the group’s Owner and Chairman, acts to bestow educational values through donating to heritage sites. Thus, to honor the memory of this father, Yehuda Dekel, Boaz established a publishing house bearing his name, the “Yehuda Dekel Library”, and has founded and contributed to numerous heritage museums.
