In such searches, the police need to have a reasonable suspicion of conducting the search, and Adv. Belleli conducted the hearings in the magistrates’ and district courts where the client was convicted. In fact, from the beginning, Adv. Belleli intended to take the case to the Supreme Court, and when the case reached this determining tribunal, his appeal was accepted by the Supreme Court, and the judges ruled that the search of the client’s case was illegal.
