Adv. Orly Tenennbaum has almost 25 years of experience in representing corporations, private and public companies, and some of Israel’s prominent businesspeople in elaborate and high-profile litigation cases in the civil-commercial field, before all tribunals, including arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Adv. Orly Tenennbaum shared significant achievements in litigation cases that resulted in legal precedents.
She started her legal career as an intern in Gornitzky GNY Law Firm, in which she worked as a lawyer and as a partner (from 2011), until she founded her own firm in 2023.

Over the years Adv. Tenennbaum gained a reputation of an honest and direct lawyer, who presents her clients with each case’s strongest and weakest points, while maintaining full transparency.
She is considered one of the few lawyers in Israel to handle large and complex commercial litigation cases, a fact that provides her the advantage of a unique and creative perspective in this male dominated and generic world. Adv. Tenennbaum also took significant part in designing the reform of the Civil Procedure Regulations, regularly lectures at various training courses in the field of commercial-civil law, frequently participates in panels and conferences, and publishes articles in these fields. She has been a member of the bar since 2001.

In addition to representing clients in complex litigation cases, Adv. Tenennbaum has acted as a certified mediator and arbitrator for many years in civil-commercial disputes and is listed in the bar’s list of arbitrators. She also serves as a judge on the National Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association (since 2023). Prior to this appointment, she served as a judge on the Bar Association in the Tel Aviv District’s Disciplinary Court and served as a member of the Bar Association’s various ethics committees for many years. Adv. Tenennbaum has also been a member of the examining committee for the Bar Association’s written certification exams (a statutory appointment of the Ministry of Justice) since 2019.

She holds an LL.B. from Reichman University, a B.A., Specializing in Finance, from Reichman University, an LL.M., with honors, from Bar Ilan University, and is a certified mediator.
