Adv. Orly Tenennbaum has nearly 25 years of experience representing corporations, private and public companies, and leading business figures in Israel in complex, high-profile civil and commercial litigation before all judicial instances, including arbitration and mediation proceedings. She has been involved in significant litigation victories that resulted in notable legal precedents. Adv. Tenennbaum began her legal career as an intern at Gornitzky & Co., where she later practiced as an attorney and served as a partner (from 2011), until founding OT - Law Office in 2023.

Over the years, Adv. Tenennbaum has earned a reputation as a forthright and principled attorney who presents her clients with a clear and transparent assessment of each case’s legal strengths and weaknesses. She is regarded as one of the few attorneys in Israel who personally leads large and complex commercial litigation matters, a distinction that affords her a unique, independent, and creative perspective within a traditionally male-dominated and conventional field.

Adv. Tenennbaum played a meaningful role in shaping the reform of Israel’s Civil Procedure Regulations, regularly lectures in professional legal training programs, participates frequently in panels and conferences, and publishes professional articles in the field of civil and commercial law.

She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2001. In addition to representing clients in complex litigation, Adv. Tenennbaum has served for many years as a certified arbitrator and mediator in civil-commercial disputes and is listed on the Israel Bar Association’s official roster of arbitrators.

She has served as a judge on the National Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association since 2023. Prior to this appointment, she served as a judge on the Tel Aviv District Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association and was a long-standing member of various Bar Association ethics committees.

She has also been a member of the examining committee for the Israel Bar Association’s written qualification examinations (a statutory appointment by the Ministry of Justice) since 2019. Adv. Tenennbaum holds an LL.B. from Reichman University, a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Reichman University, an LL.M. (with honors) from Bar-Ilan University, and is a certified mediator.
