What is the most significant action that you have recently led?
Breaking down the barriers in the company – each of the departments excels in its field, whether in the field of appraisals, financial support, real estate consultancy, planning and engineering. Today we have reached a situation whereby the departments are integrated and working together, in genuine cooperation, with each of them bringing its relative advantage in the work process with the client, and I can say that we are in a situation where the whole is worth the sum of all its parts.

What are the company's major strengths in your eyes?
The human capital is the most significant strength of Paz Economy and Engineering Ltd. Over 50 professionals that set the bar high for professionalism, service orientation, and knowhow in Israel's real estate sector, and make Paz a brand that the various interest parties in the field rely on, and are interested in working with.

What are the firm's main challenges in the coming years?
Our main challenge at Paz, for both employees and management, is to continue being a leading professional body in the real estate sector and this will be done by learning and cooperating with academia in Israel, and following the leading global organizations in this sector. We will expand our learning and endeavors into additional fields in this sector: smart cities, new methods of financing, advanced construction methods, affordable housing models, and more.
