About Prashkovsky Group

Prashkovsky Group – A Solid Foundation to Build On
Prashkovsky Group is an established real estate development and construction company, a reporting company to the Israel Securities Authority, operating in Israel for over three decades. The Group was founded by Dalia and Arie Prashkovsky, with Arie serving today as Owner and Chairman of the Board. Adi Borkin, Arie’s son-in-law, serves as CEO, heading a professional and dynamic management team. The company operates with full transparency towards partners, financial institutions, and the wider public, with a firm commitment to sound corporate governance and adherence to strict professional standards.

Residential Development in Israel

The core activity of Prashkovsky Group is residential construction in Israel. This is where responsibility and potential meet: planning, promoting, and building new neighborhoods and high-quality, safe buildings that provide community resilience,
certainty, and genuine value for families. The Group is currently advancing more than 3,000 housing units at various stages of planning and execution, in both central and peripheral areas, with meticulous planning, uncompromising professional execution, and continuous service to residents at every stage.

Urban Renewal

A central pillar of the Group’s activity is large-scale urban renewal. For Prashkovsky Group, urban renewal is not a marketing slogan but a genuine worldview: connecting people, upgrading infrastructure, revitalizing urban fabrics, and restoring certainty to older neighborhoods. The Group’s extensive projects across different cities are managed with prudence, combining statutory and engineering expertise with community sensitivity. In the end, as the Group believes, it is not just about constructing buildings – but laying the foundations for a better life.

Income-Producing and Commercial Real Estate

Alongside its residential core, the Group owns and develops income-producing and commercial properties that provide a solid and expanding foundation.
Flagship projects in the field include the Science Park in Nes Ziona, office towers in Rehovot, the UMI building in Rishon LeZion, and the Kodak building in Petah Tikva.
In parallel, the Group is promoting strategic projects in the logistics sector, including the Gimzo project – a 500-dunam tract of land earmarked for management and logistics facilities. This project represents the company’s next growth avenue in infrastructure.

A Real Estate Ecosystem

These activities complement the residential base and create a real estate ecosystem where planning, execution, and operation come together. Prashkovsky Group also has extensive experience in unique projects of luxury housing and architectural preservation in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv-Jaffa, granting the company significant expertise in executing complex projects with meticulous planning.
This experience remains an important professional layer, while the strategic focus today is clear and distinct: large-scale residential development and urban renewal.

International Presence

Internationally, Prashkovsky Group has a presence in London, England, with strategic assets in the commercial and office sectors.
In addition, over the years the company has initiated approximately 1,000 rental housing units, 200 student apartments, and two hotels in the city. This international experience provides the Group with a broad perspective, while its operational focus remains firmly rooted in the Israeli market.

Winning Synergy

What enables all this is a winning synergy: an unlimited G-5 contractor classification – the highest in Israel – allowing the company to carry out large-scale and complex projects without limitation; financial strength and prudent risk management, a professional management team capable of swift and accurate decision-making, and a work culture grounded in open dialogue, human connection, and a genuine bond with the field. For Prashkovsky Group this is not a slogan, but a way of working that has proven itself in projects over decades.

Looking Ahead

For the company’s leadership, the outlook is sharp and clear: Prashkovsky Group will continue to focus its resources on residential construction and urban renewal, develop income-producing assets, and expand initiatives in logistics. As a reporting company operating with full transparency, the Group is committed to building not only structures – but a stable reality, strong communities, and a secure future for residents, partners, and investors. At the end of the day, Prashkovsky Group does not just talk about the future – it builds it, here and now.
