In terms of value, the deal is estimated at NIS 250 million.
Representation of a cooperative association in Mate Yehuda (‘moshav ovdim,’ cooperative Israeli settlement (of individual farmers)) in a transaction with a large real estate company regarding an agreement to establish an employment zone in the Moshav area - the project established is in an area of approximately 50,000 square meters (approximately 50 dunams) of commercial and service areas. The deal is estimated at approximately NIS 350 million in terms of value.
Representation of a cooperative association in Emek Hefer in a transaction with a developer who will be chosen to establish a large employment zone in the Moshav area.
