Over the years, he has been involved in managing complex legal cases and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in planning and construction, including agricultural areas rezoning, promotion of industrial areas, residential neighborhoods, gas stations, etc.

Adv. Asaf Marx
Attorney Marx has extensive experience in the field of Civil Business Law. He serves as a legal advisor to various companies and business entities and provides litigation services in diverse fields. Attorney Marx, who holds a master’s degree in Law, assists and advises the firm’s clients in drafting various legal agreements, in dispute management In front of third parties both outside the court and as part of legal proceedings, and he represents various authorities in tort claims.

Adv. Ofer Shrem
Attorney Shrem serves as the firm’s director of the Cooperative Societies Department. Representation of a large real estate company in contracting with Moshav Tnuvot (a cooperative association) to establish an employment zone in Moshav Tnuvot—the area of the employment zone is about 53,000 square meters (about 53 dunams), which includes commercial and service areas. In terms of value, the deal is estimated at NIS 250 million.
Representation of a cooperative association in Mate Yehuda (‘moshav ovdim,’ cooperative Israeli settlement (of individual farmers)) in a transaction with a large real estate company regarding an agreement to establish an employment zone in the Moshav area - the project established is in an area of approximately 50,000 square meters (approximately 50 dunams) of commercial and service areas. The deal is estimated at approximately NIS 350 million in terms of value.
Representation of a cooperative association in Emek Hefer in a transaction with a developer who will be chosen to establish a large employment zone in the Moshav area. The area of the employment zone is approximately 87,000 square meters (approximately 87 dunams) of commercial and service areas. The value of the transaction has not yet been determined but is estimated at approximately NIS 300 million.
