25 Years of Proven Success

The firm is credited with many legal precedents, including its work as a representative of the various insurance companies in Israel. In a case against a minor plaintiff and her parents, the office represented a large municipality in the middle of the country after the minor fell from a swing in a playground in an area that was under the municipality’s responsibility, allegedly being unsafe and/or unmaintained. The court accepted the firm’s claims in full, ruling that the plaintiff had not proved negligence on the part of the municipality.
In addition, the office represented a gym in the city of Modi’in, against a policewoman who injured her leg while training. A court expert ruled that the plaintiff was left with a 10% disability due to the injury. According to the office’s recommendation, the case was transferred to the evidence management proceeding, during which things took a turn, and it was determined that gym negligence was not established.
The firm also represented a large municipality in the north of the country, in front of the plaintiff, who was injured while riding an electric bicycle due to a hazard at the intersection that originated from construction work. The court offered the firm’s client to acknowledge its responsibility and compensate the plaintiff, but on the firm’s recommendation the offer was rejected and the case progressed to the evidentiary stage, where the plaintiff accepted the court’s recommendation to delete the claim immediately.
Beyond that, the firm represented an appraiser against whom a compensation claim was filed by a garage, for counter-opinions issued by the appraiser for vehicles repaired in the plaintiff’s garage. The office claimed that this was an abuse of court proceedings. The court dismissed the lawsuit.
