Additionally, representing a young mother in a precedent-setting case, where it was determined The National Insurance Institute cannot make a law for itself and deduct percentages of disability on the basis of internal guidelines. This is a pioneering ruling that overturned the common practice of National Insurance Institute, with sharp criticism of the National Insurance Institute.
