Ronen Badel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with honors on behalf of Tel Aviv University, a Master’s Degree in Political Communication on behalf of Tel Aviv University and a Master of Laws in Law and Technology on behalf of Haifa University. Adv. Bandel was certified by the Technion as an information licensee. Among others, Attorney Bandel conducts workshops at the Israel Bar Association. The affair of the threats against Einav Zangauker – The office represented the defendant in the case of the threats against Einav Zangauker and other hostages’ families. Following the firm’s interference the proceedings against him in Tel Aviv were terminated. Also, there is a case against him for possession of weapons and the office represents him in the Magistrate court in Haifa.
32 charges – a representation in the flagship case of the Central District Attorney’s Office attributing serious sexual offences to the defendants via the internet. The case is being heard by a panel of judges in the Lod district court, which includes 32 charges of rape, extortion by threats, dissemination of obscene material, all through the internet. Following the legal accompaniment the defendant was released from detention to his home.
Drug trafficking – a representation of a customer suspected of running a network of drug trafficking, growing and possession of 300 Kilos of Cannabis. The firm represent him in custody in the affair that is conducted in Jerusalem. The defendant was released to his home.
The medical assistant who sexually attacked – a representation of a medical assistant that while giving a medical treatment to minor at the beach, due to a jellyfish sting, allegedly committed indecent acts. The case is being conducted in the Be’er-Sheva district court and is awaiting summaries. As part of the proceedings, the defendant was released to a “house arrest”.
Assault offences – a representation of a defendant who threatened his spouse and his 14 years old daughter with a gun. Despite a fierce battle of the Tel Aviv district attorney’s office and even though an appeal was served, the defendant was released. According to Adv. Bandel, the importance of receiving representation during the detention stage is critical.
