Project initiation - The company initiates residential projects, particularly urban renewal, while carefully selecting professional planners and first-class suppliers with tenants’ and buyers’ needs in mind.
Execution - The company executes projects as a main contractor for prominent developers in the residential construction field and for government agencies developing public facilities. About 30 employees are employed by the company, and about 150 more work in a subcontracting model.

Beit HaStudent, Haifa - A 9-story building with about 100 rental residential units for students only. The project is located in front of the Paz Bridge, on the slopes of the Carmel Mountain, with a breathtaking sea view and in close proximity to Haifa’s academic institutions. This building was designed to meet the needs of students while emphasizing the planning of common areas for their well-being and includes a fully equipped gym, a copy room, and a laundry room. The project is about to be populated.
Akim School, Kfar Bialik - A special needs school and a day center for graduates of the Akim Haifa association. The complex is considered the most modern rehabilitation complex in the northern region. Ros Green is responsible for the construction of the framework of the school and the kindergarten buildings, which include, classrooms, an educational kitchen, a therapeutic swimming pool, a sports hall, a professional kitchen, and therapy rooms, which were designed so that they could also be used by the local community.
Command and control building, Hadera power station - A command and control building that was built at the Hadera power station at Israel Electric Company’s request. Ros Green was responsible for the execution of the entire project, which was delivered to the customer two months ahead of schedule.

7 Jabotinsky, Ashdod - NOP project 38/1 located in the center of Ashdod. The project includes 16 existing apartments, to which 14 new apartments of 3-4 rooms, garden apartments, and luxurious penthouses with swimming pools will be added. The company is 5 months ahead of schedule.
9 Harzit, Ashdod - NOP 38/1 project with 16 existing apartments, to which 13 new apartments, all of which benefit from rich technical specifications tailored to the project’s particular demographic, will be added. This project offers a variety of apartments, including 4-5 bedroom apartments, garden apartments, and spacious penthouses.
2 HaZamir, Yavneh - NOP project 38/1 located in the center of Yavneh. The project includes 16 existing apartments, to which 13 new apartments, designed with great care and featuring a beautiful view of Nahal Yavne Park, will be added. This project offers a variety of apartments, including 5-bedroom apartments, garden apartments, and a luxurious penthouse with a private swimming pool.
22-24 Sderot HaPrahim, Ashdod - NOP project 38/1 in the sought-after 8th district of Ashdod, located in close proximity to the Big Fashion complex, the train station, Assuta Hospital, and the southern entrance to Ashdod. The project includes 32 existing apartments to which 30 new 3-4 room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses will be added.

Getting Ready for Execution
14 HaGanim, HaMoshava HaGermanit, Haifa - A designed, luxurious, and meticulous boutique building located near the Bahai Gardens featuring a breathtaking sea view. The project will include a 6-story building on top of a commercial floor and a 2-story underground parking lot. The project includes 28 luxury 3-room apartments and a luxurious and unique penthouse, which covers an entire floor and offers a private swimming pool on the roof terrace and a panoramic view of the Baha’i gardens and Haifa’s beach.
