A lieutenant colonel (Res.) and a graduate of a Business Administration degree, specializing in finance, from the College of Management Academic Studies, Didi has been active in the real estate field since the early 1990s and has extensive experience. He founded "Rotem Shani" in 1996 together with Avi Turiski, his partner in managing the company.

Didi is entrusted with leading the company’s core fields, including creating its organizational and financial infrastructure, managing and supervising its business development teams, planning, and engineering of its projects, and managing the aspects involved in being a public company traded on the TASE.
