What recent key move did you lead?

Building the company’s strategy for a variety of new fields such as: Entering a Tama 38/2 project, Pinui-Binui programs and expanding the company’s yielding properties, and in addition positioning the company at the front stage with its portfolio of 40 years of project execution and success in all of its projects.

What are the company’s strongest attributes?

The company has a longstanding track record, as its founder Moshe Cohen brings to the table enormous experience in each and every parameter. Nowadays, our job is to continue the tradition and the vision and provide high-quality and professional execution without any compromises and with an emphasis on a high level of service to our clientele from the first moment they meet us and up to the delivery of the apartments to their satisfaction.

Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?

We are currently at the planning stages of additional projects in high-demand areas such as Rishon LeZion, Rehovot, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. I have no doubt that the expansion of the company into all of the projects would create additional strengths. Furthermore, the human capital and the commitment of our devoted employees make the difference and create added value in the company’s strength.

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?

First of all, to continue with our activities and with the execution of our projects while maintaining the operational efficiency and high quality, promoting and developing the vision and the company’s strategy.

What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?

To pay attention to the finer details, believe in your way consistently, professionally and with compassion, participate in choosing the human capital for success and in particular find the balance between managing the organizational goals and developing the employees.

What should one remember during hardships?

Keep things in perspective, and don’t stop believing in yourself.
