Afula Commercial Center – A commercial project spanning approximately 65,000 sqm, expected to become one of the region’s most prominent retail anchors. In December 2025, S.I. Gil Projects Ltd. – SGP acquired approximately 15% of the rights in the project. The company is currently conducting negotiations to increase its holdings as part of a total investment of NIS 110 million. The transaction reflects the company’s approach of viewing complex situations as opportunities for value creation, supported by financial strength, professional expertise, and advanced execution capabilities.

Nof HaGalil – An urban renewal evacuation-and-reconstruction project involving the demolition of 43 residential units and the construction of 450 new residential units, alongside commercial areas.

La Guardia, Tel Aviv – An urban renewal project involving the demolition of 24 existing residential units and the construction of approximately 100 new apartments, together with commercial space. The company is also engaged in proceedings with the Tel Aviv Municipality for the creation of public buildings that will be used by the municipality.

Kinneret Apartment Hotel – A boutique apartment hotel comprising 144 units on the shores of the Sea of Galilee.

Rishon LeZion – A boutique urban renewal project that will include the construction of 21 boutique residential units and commercial space to a high standard across two complexes.

Petah Tikva – An urban renewal project that will include the construction of 136 high-standard residential units across two complexes and a total of four buildings, together with a logistics and office complex in the Segula Industrial Zone, as well as the development of two evacuation-and-reconstruction complexes on Jabotinsky and Sapir Streets comprising 110 residential units.
