Adv. Yaron Solberg
Adv. Solberg served as the Legal Advisor to the Municipality of Hod HaSharon for 15 years (2005–2020). He has extensive and proven experience in negotiation and managing complex, multidisciplinary legal crises that require the coordination of all professional disciplines and handling regulators relevant to the crisis. He is highly knowledgeable in managing complex legal proceedings across various judicial levels and is especially skilled in matters involving public bodies. He has served on three investigative committees on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior concerning different local authorities and currently serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Committee on Local Government and Municipal Taxation. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1998 and holds an LL.B. in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. (with honors) in Political Science and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Adv. Avida Sade
For the past 14 years, Adv. Sadeh served as Deputy and Acting Legal Advisor to the Municipality of Hod HaSharon. He has substantial experience in administrative law, labor law, tenders, and litigation. He is an expert in civil-commercial law and has significant experience representing clients in various courts. He has special expertise in administrative law, specifically in managing tenders and contracts. Over the years, he has prepared hundreds of public tenders in diverse fields. He also has extensive experience in establishing and managing municipal corporations. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2003 and holds an LL.B. in Law.
