Advocate Segal’s areas of expertise include the field of family law in all its aspects, from conducting negotiations to formulate a formal divorce agreement to handling proceedings in various courts, including rabbinical courts, managing complicated custody cases, alimony, protection orders, tort claims within the family including claims for false complaints, division of property between spouses, adoption, judicial parenting orders, wills and inheritance orders including complicated disputes, estate administration and more. Additionally, Adv. Segal has several years of experience in the criminal field, including successes on matters such as domestic violence, sexual offenses, and more. In addition to representing and accompanying his clients in divorce proceedings, Advocate Segal also provides expert opinions in the field of family law, preparation of wills, handling of inheritance cases, and other various issues related to family law. The scope of his practice includes all aspects of family law, from conducting negotiations to formulate a formal divorce agreement, to managing proceedings in various courts, including rabbinical courts, handling complicated custody cases, alimony, protection orders, and tort claims within the family.
In addition to representing and accompanying his clients in divorce proceedings, Advocate Simchauve also provides expert opinions in the field of family law, preparation of wills, handling of inheritance cases, and other various issues related to family law. Adv. Simchauve holds an LL.B. with honors and is a member of the Israel Bar Association. Adv. Simchauve specializes in handling cases of international complexity (including abduction and immigration cases); cases involving financial complexities, including planning the financial aspects of a client; cases involving the cancellation and/or protection of wills.
With his deep and extensive knowledge of Jewish law on the subject of divorce, Adv. Simchauve is able to represent his clients before the rabbinical courts all by himself, without the need to use rabbinical consultants.
