The group was established approximately 30 years ago and has built and occupied dozens of projects over the years, including thousands of residential units, dozens of buildings, industrial and commercial buildings, private homes, ground-adjacent complexes, and luxury villas built to premium standards in Kfar Shmaryahu, Ra’anana, and Hod HaSharon.

In recent years, Shador Group has focused on constructing residential apartments as part of combination deals and urban renewal projects (evacuation-reconstruction and NOP 38), in which it has accumulated extensive experience and a strong reputation in the market. Today, the group is building and planning many projects in Petah Tikva, Ramat HaSharon, Giv’atayim, Holon, Rehovot, Ramat Gan, and Haifa. Since the company’s foundation, the company built thousands of housing units, showcasing its extensive construction volume and demonstrating its strength and significant presence in the industry.

Company Management

The founders are Orly and Sharon Argil. Leading the group is Chairman and owner Sharon Argil, a visionary with long-term endurance, extensive experience, and deep knowledge in project planning, management, and execution. He excels in strategic decision-making, client and supplier relations, and meeting deadlines. Since the company’s inception, he has guided it from classification G1 to the highest execution classification - G5.
Orly Argil serves as the CFO, overseeing procurement, inspection and human resources. She has extensive expertise in financial planning, organization, guidance, and control, implementing management principles for the company’s financial resources. Roni Seri, CEO and partner, has extensive experience in planning and management. He previously served as CEO of Baran Israel and CEO of Gadish. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Technion.
