About Shapira Group

Shapira Group is a real estate construction and development group with a boutique-family orientation, which was founded by the businesspersons Lahav Levy and Rafi Shapira in the early 1990s. During its years of operations, the company has built almost 500 new apartments, the vast majority of which is located in the neighborhood of South Tel Aviv – Florentin, Neve Tzedek and Kiryat Shapira, and the rest across Israel, such as a 60-apartment residential tower that the company built in Tiberias.

The group focuses on building yielding properties projects, i.e., long-term rental residential projects that it owns. These projects include residences, commerce spaces, offices and stores. The group has a particular specialization in architectural preservation with a beautiful aesthetic integration between historic and contemporary elements. Over the past few years, the group has been focusing on Tama 38 and urban renewal projects and it is currently at the planning and execution stages of numerous diverse projects. The company sees this segment as a significant growth driver with vast potential that would continue to grow over the next few years.

Development and Construction as a One Stop Shop

The group’s great advantage stems from the combination of construction execution and development capabilities in a one stop shop model, which provides it with complete control over every project that it builds, with meticulous adherence to the budget frameworks and the schedules. This combination provides the residents with the assurance that everything that they require and want would be provided to them by the people with whom they signed the contract. Shapira Group is guided by its core values of reliability, integrity and professionalism, and this trinity has made it into an industry leader which leads diverse projects of residential, commerce and employment development and construction with great success.

Financial Strength

The group has high financial resilience and all of its projects are accompanied by Israel’s largest banks. Over the years, the group has acquired a vast reputation of reliability, amongst both the customers and the suppliers and contractors, and it is renowned for its transparency, its availability to any question and request and its particularly high standard of construction, while meeting green building standards.
Technology, Innovation and Customer Service
Shapira Group executes all of its projects with cutting-edge technologies and work methods. This powerful combination results from the group’s commitment to uncompromising construction quality. The group prioritizes its customers and responds promptly and devotedly to any request. For this purpose, the company’s service department accompanies the various customers from the moment they purchase the apartment, through its delivery and up to the post-construction and warranty period.
