In April 2022, the firm submitted the request through a Foreign Expert Procedure and within only six days of receiving the Innovation Authority’s approval, the employment permit was received. According to the request, the expert has technical and scientific knowledge that can propel the company to phenomenal success. In March 2023, the application was accepted, and a two-year permit was granted.
Regulating the status of spouses married in a “Paraguay marriage” - In 2017, a couple married in a Paraguayan marriage (a marriage in which the ceremony takes place in the presence of only one of the spouses). In July 2023, the couple welcomed a son into the world. Since the baby was impacted with a deformity, the office was urgently called to process his registration as a citizen.
