Shitrit Development and Construction is a leading real estate development company specializing in the development and construction of residential, commercial, and employment projects across Israel. Founded in 2017 (and active in the real estate industry since 2002) by partners Ronen Shitrit and Rafi Valensi, two real estate experts with over three decades of experience in construction and development. The company has built and continues to build projects nationwide, from Kiryat Bialik to Be’er Sheva.
Today, Shitrit Development and Construction manages projects (in collaboration with contractors and investors) with total sales exceeding NIS 1 billion, including about 800 residential units in planning and construction.
In addition, the company owns land reserves designated for the development of mixed-use commercial and employment complexes. Among others, including about 60,000 sq.m. in Lod’s International Quarter for offices, commerce, and residence; about 30,000 sq.m. in Harish for mixed-use development; about 140 residential units in the Sadot Quarter, Kiryat Ekron; a seaside villa project in Atlit, located only 250 meters from the shoreline; and more. All these projects are currently in various planning stages.

Ronen Shitrit is a seasoned real estate developer and former controlling owner of the Anglo-Saxon chain. He has extensive experience in developing residential and commercial projects in Israel and abroad. Rafi Valensi is an economist and senior executive in the fields of finance and real estate. He previously served as Deputy CEO of EMI Mortgage Insurance, part of the global AIG Group, and was a key player in Israel’s mortgage and financing revolution. He brings extensive experience in managing complex projects and serves as the company’s CEO and Co-Founder.
