About Shorashim Boutique Projects (A.A.B.M. Development)
Shorashim Boutique Projects is a growing real estate company established in 2015 by Ohad Morag and spouses Keren and Shlomi Bitton. These three seasoned real estate entrepreneurs hold long-lasting expertise in the real estate industry. The company handles the development and execution of residential projects (dense construction and private homes), urban renewal, commercial real estate, and overseas real estate.
During its first years, Shorashim developed and constructed about 120 private homes in Atlit. Its activities led to the straightening of Atlit, while attracting quality and strong population to reside in it. In fact, the company specializes, to this day, in the construction of this beautiful settlement and considers itself as an inseparable part of its growth momentum.
Since its establishment in 2015, the company gained a vast reputation, with several projects in the north, and over 150 residential units (some are under construction, and some have been completed and delivered).
Entering the Field of Urban Renewal
In 2020 the company’s managers made the strategic decision to expand their business activities to the field of urban renewal as well, with an emphasis on NOP 38/2 and evacuation and reconstruction projects. Since, the company develops and constructs urban renewal projects in the city of Haifa (mainly in the prestigious Carmel Ridge area) and is currently in the marketing stages of several projects, with one already completed and delivered to the tenants satisfaction.
The company enjoys financial stability (based on prudent financial management and low leverage), and its projects are accompanied by the banking system. This way, its customers know that they are in capable hands and that the company will meet its obligations.

Shorashim Boutique Projects holds an execution arm, which builds its projects in Atlit (private homes and dense construction). The winning combination between development and execution enables the company to always stay ahead, monitor the process carefully, meet deadlines (and sometimes even shorten them), and to provide immediate solutions for any engineering complexity that may arise from the site.

Urban Renewal
23 Ehud St., Haifa – NOP 38/2 demolition and construction project, during which the company demolished an old building with 6 residential units and in its place built a 7-floors boutique building (above a parking lot) with 14 residential units. The project is located on the Carmel Ridge on a quiet inner street that is accessible by public transportation. The project has been completed and occupied.
27-29 D’Israeli St., Haifa – NOP 38/2 Project, during which the company demolished two adjacent buildings with 10 apartments and in their place will build two new and modern buildings with 7 floors (with a shared indoor parking lot) and 26 residential units. The project is in the marketing stages.
27 Einstein St., Haifa – NOP 38/2 Project, during which the company builds a boutique building with 26 residential units.
Most of the apartments in the project enjoy a spectacular view, both of the sea and of Haifa Bay. The project is in the marketing stages.
Real Estate Development
Shmorat Yam, Atlit – construction of 22 private homes in the Neve HaPrachim neighborhood, located in the west of the settlement and close to the sea. The project is sold and populated.
ALOHA Project, Atlit – construction of low-rise boutique buildings of 2 floors, which include only 18 residential units - The project is sold and populated.
Gaya Project, Atlit – 14 detached houses. The project is sold and populated.
Commerce and offices Project, Atlit – construction of a commercial center and offices that spread on 1,000 squares meters
