What recent key move did you lead?
The family law field constantly evolves. Every case that arrives to the firm is led to a significant move. Currently, we are expecting a verdict on a case that has been managed by the firm for years, where the court was requested to give a parenting order, with the minor being 6 years old, while the biological father objects.

In addition, a verdict was recently given in a case that was managed by the firm, with a retractive reduction of the child support payments, applicable from the date when the dispute settlement application was filed. This is a precedential verdict.

What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
Our firm is a boutique firm, that tailors the proper suit for each client, after collecting all of the relevant facts. The clients are partners to every move that is designed in the case, and know where they are headed at any given moment. Where appropriate, our firm leads the parties to a mediation proceeding in order to try and solve the dispute peacefully, but in cases where mediations are impossible, the firm fights for the client until justice is made.

Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
The firm believes in excellence, and accordingly, throughout all of its years of practice, it has been broadening its knowledge, monitoring the developing innovation in the field, while participating in conventions, seminars. In addition, over the past few years, the firm accumulated specialized expertise in the same-sex couples area.

What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
To grow and evolve while constantly enriching our knowledge.

What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?
Think big, look ahead, and don't focus only on what's happening right now. Divorce proceedings affect several lives for years into the future.

What should one remember during hardships?
That everything is temporary, and everything shall pass, the question is only who would lead you to a safe haven.
