Company Executives
Sharon Nevo, Founder and Partner - Sharon is responsible for initiating new projects, managing the planning process, negotiating legal matters, overseeing execution, marketing, and maintaining contact with tenants and customers. She specializes in working with local authorities and tenants. Sharon is a licensed attorney with a bachelor’s degree in law and business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
Alon Dory, Founder and Partner - Alon is responsible for the financial management of the projects, with substantial experience in financial coordination, taxation, and budget management in the real estate industry. Alon is an accountant and formerly worked as a manager in the real estate department of the accounting firm Ernst & Young.
Ori Nevo, Chief Engineer - Ori is in charge of planning, budgets, and execution. With vast experience of over 2,200 apartments in residential projects and thousands and sq.m. of commercial spaces in Israel and the United States – from planning to delivery. He is a graduate of the Technion Institute’s Faculty of Civil Engineering, and previously worked as a Projects Manages at Danya Cebus and the Chief Engineer of Danya Cebus U.S.

23 Sokolov St., Tel Aviv - Demolition and reconstruction of 17 new apartments in a diverse mix of 3-5 rooms, garden apartments, and penthouses. All apartments are meticulously planned with high-quality finishing materials and premium specifications. Permits received.
14 Sokolov St., Tel Aviv - Demolition and reconstruction of a seven-story building with 17 new apartments of 2-6 rooms, including garden apartments and penthouse apartments. Permits pending.
5 Chatam Sofer St., Tel Aviv - A demolition and reconstruction project that will result in 15 new apartments with luxury specifications. The project is currently in the planning stages.
Stricker St., Tel Aviv - The company owns a lot where it plans to construct a high-end luxury building. The building will feature spacious apartments measuring approximately 150 square meters, including garden apartments and penthouse units.
14-16 Hayarden St., Ramat Gan - Demolition and reconstruction of a nine-story building with 43 new apartments in a diverse mix of 3-5 rooms, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. All apartments are meticulously planned with high-quality finishing materials and premium specifications. The project is currently in the planning stages.
10 Yigal Alon St., Herzliya - Demolition and reconstruction of an eight-story building with 35 new apartments of varying sizes, ranging from 3 to 6 rooms. The apartments will include garden apartments and penthouses. Permits pending.
20 Sokolov St., Tel Aviv - the demolition and construction of a 7-floors building, in which 14 new apartments will be constructed with a lavish spec and a sub-terranean parking lot. The project is currently in the planning stages.
Balfour St., Bat Yam - Demolition and reconstruction of 80 new apartments in a diverse mix located on a central and renewed street close to the light rail red (“DanKal“). All residents of the apartments will benefit from balconies, some with a sea view. The project was approved.
