About SoCity
SoCity is a leading real estate development company specializing in urban renewal projects across Israel’s central region, including Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Bat Yam, Ramat Gan, and more. The company was founded and is jointly managed by Sharon Nevo and Alon Dory, who have been successfully active in the real estate sector for over twenty years. SoCity’s vision is to enhance and revitalize the areas in which it builds, while maintaining a direct and open dialogue with its clients. The company’s worldview is based on creating connections: between the city and the community, past and future, and between urban enthusiasts and their ideal homes. These ideas are reflected in the company’s name, which combines society and city. SoCity is the urban renewal division of Luki Construction Group, founded by Israel Nevo. The group has been operating in the real estate industry since 1980 and has an outstanding reputation and extensive experience initiating, planning, and executing dozens of residential, commercial, and public building projects across Israel.
Professionalism From Planning to Delivery
SoCity’s professional capabilities and extensive knowledge ensure that each project is carried out with meticulous attention to planning and construction — resulting in a final product of the highest quality, delivered on schedule. This professionalism enables SoCity to consistently meet the expectations of both existing residents and new buyers.
The personal relationship and attentiveness to apartment owners throughout the process are foundational principles of the company and distinguish it from others in the industry.
Transparent, Respectful Service – Always
Urban renewal is often a complex and sensitive journey for residents and apartment owners, requiring patience and optimism. SoCity believes in transparent, direct communication led by its management team — always with empathy, approachability, and warmth.
The company views tenants as full partners in the process, from the very beginning through to the delivery of the apartments. Special emphasis is placed on building broad agreement among owners and offering creative solutions to the many challenges that can arise. These qualities enable SoCity to operate successfully and maintain high customer satisfaction.
