Adv. Inbal Soudri Kinan has extensive experience in business management and various areas of law: commercial litigation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), debt collection, and enforcement. She has previously served as in-house legal counsel for commercial companies and holds a certified mediator’s license. Her expertise in alternative dispute resolution gives her clients a significant advantage. She currently specializes in resolving complex business disputes through both legal and mediated means and is highly skilled in managing debt collection cases using enforcement law and promissory note law. Under her management, hundreds of thousands of liabilities, claim, and note files have been handled in the court system and enforcement offices. Member of the Israeli Bar since 2006. Holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).

Adv. Idan Zohar has headed the Zohar Law Firm, founded in 1980 by Adv. Simcha Zohar for over a decade. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on legal debt collection. He has vast experience in this field and previously served as an HR manager at a manpower company. Over the years, he has managed thousands of cases simultaneously, including lawsuits, promissory notes, asset realization, and other complex matters. He is a certified mediator and has participated in numerous complex commercial mediations. Member of the Israeli Bar since 2004. Holds an LL.B. in Law from Netanya Academic College.
