| Current Position: | Oded is a Partner in the New York office and also serves as Managing Partner of the office in Tel Aviv. His practice focuses on capital markets. He specializes in counseling public companies on financings and ongoing corporate governance, disclosure and compliance matters. Oded has been involved in numerous public offerings and exchange listings in Wall Street of both private and TASE-listed Israeli companies. He has extensive experience representing New York investment banks in public offerings and private placements. Oded is counsel to several Israeli governmental entities that operate in the U.S. He also guides and assists Israeli start-up companies in their various legal needs while establishing presence in the U.S. Oded has been involved in various public interest activities in Israel and New York. He served as a Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces. |

Helping Nano Dimension rase More than a Billion $ in less then a year in series of offering the Nasdaq.

Global one stop shop for Israel / US capital market transactions. Providing accesses to and a bridge between both markets. Helping young technologic and life sciences companies grow finance and acquire companies.
Dedicated transatlantic team acting as one unit for the benefit of the client.
What are the major initiatives/projects/etc that were done recently which will lead and improve the company in the next few years?
Opened a Tal Aviv office in a prime location.
Recruited personnel and increased salaries during the pandemic.
Recruited new clients, 8 IPOs in TASE and Nasdaq.
