The firm was established in 2003 by Adv. Tal Yizhak Ron, one of the pioneers in the legal gaming arena. The firm has extensions in Curacao, Estonia, Limassol, Malta, and Anjouan, which employ 20 employees. In some of the gaming centers the firm acts as the regulator’s representative in issuing licenses and documents, and in others, it provides compliance and technological services.

A Lifelong Passion for Technology

At just 8 years old, he developed his first computer game on a Spectrum and Commodore computer. By 14, he founded Software Sources Ltd., where he still serves as a consultant to this day. The company is now one of Israel’s leading firms representing international software companies. In 1997, he served as a development team leader at Ness Technologies, and in 2003, he began focusing on the online industry, representing some of its biggest names at a time when the field was still in its early stages. Many of these clients are still represented by the firm today.
